Oyem Foods COVID-19 Response

Oyem Foods strongly believes in keeping our communities safe during this COVID-19 times. We follow the guidelines laid out by Manitoba Public Health. Due to being an online store, we are only in contact with our customers during the delivery process.

During our delivery process we ensure that the person who is making our deliveries is wearing a mask or face covering, hand sanitizing before and after the delivery, and keeping contact with our customers limited to accepting payments and handing over the groceries ordered. Social distancing of 6 feet is observed for any other time spent with customer.

As the Government of Manitoba changes their guidelines, we will as well to make sure we stay current. We ask that if you or anyone in your home are experiencing COVID like symptoms to please let us know in advanced and we will implement a strict curbside delivery with payment having to be made contactless.

If orders are being paid online, orders can be left curbside at delivery so no contact is being made between our customers and our delivery driver. Other options for contactless payment include e-transfer. Cash is accepted at delivery for those who are not displaying any COVID like symptoms.
